In this chapter, Bob goes deeper into how to harmonize with words of gospel with our actions. In order to proclaim the gospel, we need to demonstrate the truth of God. Which, we need to tell others about the deeds of God and teach them the words of God. Of course, in the process of worship, we can implement the teachings to achieve the same result. However, to be a powerful ambassador of proclaiming the gospel, we need to live the gospel. We should always keep ourselves on top of obeying the gospel, because actions can be direct demonstration of God's words, they are easier to understand.
I think Bob is very precise about the way of proclaiming the gospel. It's true that we can teach people through talking and teaching. And undeniably, that would work for most of the people. However, that doesn't mean everyone can completely understand its significance. Thus, we should live up to the gospel and obey God's order to show others how to keep gospel in our heart and mind. It doesn't matter how much people we teach, what matters is how deep we can influence them with gospel.
I agree that we always to be on top of following the Gospel. Even though we may hear it a million times from others repeating it we also need to repeat and the follow the word.
ReplyDeleteVery insightful, I dig it! I like the "lesson" you talked about in this. It was very applicable to my life
ReplyDeleteI agree we should live by examples. People often forget that the gospel affects every aspect of our lives, and it is a blessing we are able to show the deep significance it can have on us.
